Buchibabu basically a mechanical engineer with over 18 years of hands on work experience in engineering industry of US joint venture and 12 years of entrepreneurship catering to defence supplies and also over eight years of retail marketing experience and with good public relations.Bascially from agriculuturalbackdrop and first generation enterprenuer in the family and seen all phases of life in reality.

Have commitment to do to the society from which we are benefitted and with grace of God in a position to give and do something to fellow human beings.

Believe in We rather than I and hence motivate and drive the team members to be on move and keep on doing something or the other which is useful to others.

Success is by Grace of God and credit for the team who worked for it and if anything wrong happens do not mind in owning it and learn from it for correction and move towards future.

He wants to use his life experiences to help others which inspired him to form SEVA Trust. He passionately believes in feeding the hunger irrespective of caste and creed, do something for the poor children to get good education opportunities for all and environmental sustainability.
